In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at support@xteamwear.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value. As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products. Our standard printing method is sublimation. We will print your designs onto a sheet of high-release paper, then transfer them onto the apparel. The ink is heated until it disintegrates into the corresponding fabric. The feeling of the design texture is minimal. This is our most advanced style printing method, and most popular across the industry. We can ensure you that we will always use the highest quality printing method to make sure your apparel looks and feels great.
There is no minimum order for most of our products. You may purchase as many items as you would like.
