Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.
We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed. Normally, after 24 hours, your order will start to design and produce. We will not accept the return of custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at support@xteamwear.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value. As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products. All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore, we don’t accept refund on the products unless the fault was ours (e.g. the customized name/photo is wrong, the size/color is wrong, damaged upon arrival). If a refund is applicable, please send us an email to support@xteamwear.com.

Our standard printing method is sublimation. We will print your designs onto a sheet of high-release paper, then transfer them onto the apparel. The ink is heated until it disintegrates into the corresponding fabric. The feeling of the design texture is minimal. This is our most advanced style printing method, and most popular across the industry. We can ensure you that we will always use the highest quality printing method to make sure your apparel looks and feels great.
There is no minimum order for most of our products. You may purchase as many items as you would like.
